Dr Shruthi is trained in Ayurvedic medicine (BAMS) with postgraduate specialisation in Ayurveda cosmetology (PGDAC) and aesthetic medicine (FFA). She founded Nowi to offer personalised, Ayurveda-first skin and hair care in Kochi.

Your first visit is a 45-minute one-to-one with Dr Shruthi. She'll assess your skin or scalp, review your lifestyle and health history, understand your constitution, and build a personalised treatment plan — including in-clinic therapies and home care recommendations.

A consultation costs ₹200. If you decide to begin a treatment on the same visit, the consultation fee is waived — making it effectively free.

We specialise in hair fall, dandruff, acne, pigmentation, anti-ageing, open pores, bridal care, and hair thinning. We also offer Ayurvedic sport injury care for conditions like tennis elbow, ligament injuries, knee pain and frozen shoulder.

It depends on your concern and its severity. Most treatment courses range from 2 to 6 sessions, spaced 25 to 30 days apart. Dr Shruthi will discuss the expected number of sessions during your consultation.

Yes. We offer Ayurvedic skin and hair booster products starting from ₹250 — including serums, oils, face packs, sunscreens and nutrition supplements. Your therapist will recommend what suits your treatment plan.

We're open Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays.
